More than Therapy

Welcome! I'm excited you're here! My approach to therapy is always client-centered. I create a safe space where you feel supported, accepted, and valued. I integrate kindness, laughter, and caring into every session. Everything we do, we do together. Life is difficult, I think we could all use a little help sometimes, you’ve taken the biggest step already.

I specialize in treating OCD by utilizing Exposure Response Prevention therapy. I also work with people experiencing phobias, depression, anxiety, etc.
